Every OQOVO order comes with free 30-day returns and exchanges, worldwide. If a piece isn't right, you have 30 days from the day of delivery to send it back — at no cost to you.
Contact us through the contact page with your order number and the item(s) you want to return or exchange. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions within 1 business day. For exchanges, tell us the size you need and we'll reserve it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Bank processing usually takes 3–5 business days after that. We'll email you at every step.
If an item arrives faulty or we sent the wrong piece, that's on us: contact us with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund it in full, shipping covered — with no 30-day limit on manufacturing faults.
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank first, then contact us and we'll trace it immediately.
