OQOVO ships worldwide, with carbon-neutral delivery on every order. All prices and shipping costs are in USD.

Costs

• Free worldwide shipping on all orders over $150.
• Below $150, the shipping rate for your destination is calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

Dispatch & delivery times

• Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being placed.
• Europe: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of the world: 7–10 business days after dispatch.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery window for your region, contact us and we'll trace it.

Customs & import duties

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties set by your country. These charges are determined by your local authority and are the customer's responsibility.

Address changes

We dispatch quickly, so the window to change a shipping address is short. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately with your order number — if the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update it.
